Richard M. Popovic, MBA
is President of Indelta Learning Systems, LLC and is responsible for all operations nationally and internationally. In addition to twenty years of experience in Corporate Management, strategy and training, Richard spent ten years as the Associate Dean for Executive Programs at the Simon Graduate School at the University of Rochester. His lecturing and consulting expertise is primarily in team theory and management.

Harry C. Sax, MD, FACS
is Medical Director for Indelta Learning Systems, LLC. In this capacity Harry will assist in CRM delivery and strategy development for the company.

Michael C. Waters, MBA
is Vice-President Strategy and Business Development. He is responsible for pursuing joint venture opportunities crossing all three Indelta divisions as well as development and delivery of Quality Improvement, Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness Strategies. He was formerly at Xerox Corporation where Michael held the position of Director, Human Resources for the Lean Six Sigma Corporate Office, including responsibility for the worldwide Lean Six Sigma strategy.

Albert Balot
is Director and CEO Indelta International Pty Ltd
Albert, who has an extensive background in Accountancy and travelled extensively overseas setting up various Indelta Divisions, in early years, is                     responsible for the overall operation of Indelta International.

Kelvin Muir
is Director Indelta International Pty Ltd
Kelvin has been a Director of Indelta International Pty Ltd since its incorporation, initially working on 'Special Projects'. Kelvin, in conjunction with Indelta International Chief Executive Officer, Albert Balot and Indelta Learning Systems President, Rick Popovic was responsible for the maintaining of Indelta as a going concern, throughout the Global Financial Crisis and its aftermath. Kelvin, having spent time in Hong Kong with Indelta Learning Systems, Rick Popovic, some years ago, on the Hong Kong Hospitals Authority and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Presentations, will continue to develop projects in Asia Pacific. Kelvin has held Senior Management positions with large Commercial Organizations and been involved in his local Football Club, from player to President, spanning 45years. Kelvin's vast life experiences as a consummate Communicator will see him represent Indelta at all levels, as an integral part of the Indelta Executive Team in America/Europe in the years ahead.
