Indelta's NURSING EDUCATION is focused primarily on two areas: Training (typically team building, leadership and business courses) and Coaching/Assessment.

The training component is delivered by a wide range of EXPERTS. Our approach is to understand the learning needs of the organization and individuals, then design the method of delivery that best meets these needs. The training can be done in an  'Open On-Line Enrolement' to large groups or small work teams, learning and applying concepts together. Because we have a  solely owned Proprietary Learning Platform, Indelta Learning System (ILS), Knowledge Management System (KMS), Indelta International Classroom (IIC) and The Indelta International Medical Classroom (IIMC), we conduct Training ON-LINE, to eradicate the need for the TRAINEE to be 'OFF-SITE'; particularly, in today's unpredictable financial climate

Assessment can range from 'Simple Behavior Indicators to 'In-Depth Skills Assessment, based on the core competencies determined by the organization for success. Coaching may be  conducted in a 'One-On-One' ON-LINE environment, ranging from one time feedback to long term personal development projects monitored by the Trainer.
